Your City, My City

In these images, I don't just capture a street scene. I want to capture the emotion that the scene produces in me and explore the relationship between a city and its people. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire those who see my work to look more carefully at the world around them.

Using historic, handmade print processes like kallitype, cyanotype, and salt printing introduces chance and dreamlike textures into a print. Each unique and organic element in the print invites ambiguity for the viewer, allowing us to create our own stories.

Currently a work in progress, this series has materialized through my involvement with the Experimentalphotofestival’s mentorship program.
